Rosandy Perrotta Perez
Rosandy Karen Perrotta Pérez is a distinguished agricultural engineer with over 11 years of experience in the agricultural sector, specializing in project management and optimizing livestock breeding practices. Born in Venezuela, Rosandy earned her Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Production Engineering from the Universidad Nacional Experimental Jesús María Semprún in 2013, a degree equivalent to a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Engineering in the United States.
Since May 2004, she has served as the General Manager at «Inversiones Agropecuarias La Esmeralda, Hacienda El Carmen,» where she has implemented strategic plans that have enhanced the efficiency and productivity of livestock operations. Her focus on continuous staff training has facilitated the adoption of modern techniques that have improved the quality of livestock management. Additionally, she has demonstrated exceptional skills in financial planning, optimizing the farm’s budget and improving profitability.
Rosandy has been recognized at multiple agricultural fairs, where her livestock has received several awards, including the Grand Champion title at the El Guayabo Agricultural Exhibition and the Best Milk Exhibitor award at the Santa Bárbara del Zulia Agricultural Fair. These achievements have solidified her reputation as a professional of excellence in the agricultural industry.
With a strong background in crop management, pest and disease control, and sustainable agricultural practices, Rosandy is committed to the development and advancement of the agricultural industry in the United States. Her vision is to lead a high-performing team at Perrotta LLC, where she plans to execute complex projects that significantly contribute to the agricultural sector.
